Alongside the business goal, the Trip team to offer convenience and coherence to the user experience of purchasing for travel
The Trip team focused on combining products and released features such as: Flight + Hotel package, standardized booking platform, and product cross-selling placements on multiple touchpoints of the user journey
🎉 Outcome
Flight + Hotel packages created a new revenue stream with higher revenue per transaction compared to other products with minimal cannibalization of standalone Flight and Hotel purchases
