  • Traveloka was growing and looking to increase the revenue per transaction—the Trip team was set up to tackle this task
  • Alongside the business goal, the Trip team to offer convenience and coherence to the user experience of purchasing for travel
  • The Trip team focused on combining products and released features such as: Flight + Hotel package, standardized booking platform, and product cross-selling placements on multiple touchpoints of the user journey

🎉 Outcome

  • Flight + Hotel packages created a new revenue stream with higher revenue per transaction compared to other products with minimal cannibalization of standalone Flight and Hotel purchases
