Resilient and versatile may describe Arkan’s trait during his tenure in Traveloka.
During his last six months, he successfully switched from a User Interface Designer to a new role in the Central Design Team. He immediately adapted and performed in the new role, in which he needs to dealt with people and organizational challenges within a business unit.
I appreciate his capability to self-reflect and improve on the feedback he gets. He’d face more ambiguous and complex problems while delivering a direct impact to the business unit (Design and Product) and the Design team (specifically for a certain role). He can also balance the personal and systematic approach when dealing with problems. A trustworthy colleague and friend, someone that you wish will collaborate again in the future.

I've known Reza Arkan since his first day at Traveloka as UI Designer. Reza was mentored by me for some times and quickly enough he was ready to mentor other designers.
People skill is definitely his forte. When you are in his team, no one left behind. During his tenure, he's been developing several initiatives that aim to improve the designer's collaboration and overall design quality of the team.
Reza thinks a lot about the team, especially other people as much if not more than he thinks about himself.
I strongly believe he will give his 100% when being trusted with responsibility. He was never let me down.

I've worked with Reza on AAU CPH project regarding AI-generated media (ai-or-human.github.io), having previously started our joint degree in Salzburg through the Digital Communication LEADership programme.
From the very beginning,
Reza was very knowledgeable and fluent in discussions on all matters connected with user-centered design, graphic design, UI, UX, futurology.
Once I've had privilege to be his team member during our Copenhagen project, he really took an initative by showing firm leadership, project management, and single-handedly deployed both front-end and back-end of the aforementioned AI project. Keen eye for details, perfectionism, tech savviness, and interpersonal skills are all qualities which will surely propel him into his desired dream career.

Reza inspires me in a lot of ways and personally I am impressed by his interpersonal skills.
Worked closely with him in a fast-phase and ambitious team structure, I would describe him as
Someone who consistently shows the genuine willingness to empower others by truly listening to understand
(while some of us may tend towards listening to reply) and showing to everyone that their opinions matters. He also managed to spot any gap / room for improvement within the team (seeing things from different lens) and proactively trying to fill it. Those are the key skills and attitudes that I believe will bring significant added value for every team. I would be very happy to work with him again and highly recommend anyone to be associated with him.

Reza and I was working together in a lot of things in college. He had great skills in wide range of fields. He was a superb graphic designer, yet he had a great leadership skill.
In technical skill, he grew from graphic designer to UI/UX designer and frontend development. He always wanted to learn something new, so he did not stop there, he is always learning.
In leadership skill, he showed his excellence in leading student organization with hundreds of members, I was his direct report. He had visions and he was able to influence the team chasing the same visions.
With his leadership, the organization received a lot of achievements and praise.
By those range of skills, he was doing a very good job in Traveloka (I was working there too) as his career was always climbing up there. But maybe self-motivated is the most important thing that he has.
