Booking is a vital step for Traveloka and its users. From booking flights to cinema tickets, 10+ product use cases were standardized into one highly configurable design.
To ease Traveloka's growing pains
The old booking page could no longer fulfill the growing needs of the company and its users, becoming a scalability concern and blocking the development of new features.
My role as the Designer
Structurally as the Design Person-In-Charge (PIC), I directed the design efforts of the project.
Functionally as the User Interface Designer, I conceptualized and designed the solution.
Increased revenue, faster development time
The design increased the convenience for users by enabling the booking of multiple products, increased cross-selling revenue by ~20 %, and resulted in a ~30 % faster development scalable for new products.
